It was reported that Acindar, the subsidiary of Aceromitta Group, will be under an investigation by Argentina government because of involving anti-competitive practice in long product market, according to the investigation by National Commission for the Defence of Competition (CNDC) from April 2017 to June 2018.
According to statement of CNDC, the statistic showed that long product market was occupied by Acindar in their leading position, and it was very likely that Acindar will abuse this advantage. CNDC further explained that the steel capacity of Acindar was 68% of national amount from 2013-2016.
